How to create an abstract audiovisual piece:

1. Place yourself in a point of your home, city, a landscape, concert, subwat etc.. A place where you can find sounds you like and therefore will produce pleasure.

2. Sit in a comfortable place upright.

3. Looking straight into the most significant source of light on the space, for at least three quarters of a minute.

4. Bend over until your eyes touch and fit together with your bending knees.

5. Press until many colors and shapes appear out of nothingness.
